Gap’s exciting contest looking for the next big iPhone app is underway. We wanted to take some time to answer some of your frequently asked questions. If you haven’t signed up yet, check it out now.
Q: How do I tell if I’ve actually entered the contest?
A: If you’ve given us your info, don’t worry you’re in. Check back here to get updates on how to submit your application and other exciting updates. You can also follow @mobclix on twitter, which will announce updates on the Gap Contest.
Q: Do submitted apps become the property of MobClix/GAP? Why would I do it then?
A: Yes, submitted apps become the property of Gap, but don’t let that stop you from entering the contest. You will get lots of free and good PR for winning the contest that will leave you with many paying clients. Also, the grand prize is worth it.
Q: Do I need to submit a fully-finished app to win the contest or can I just submit an idea?
A: Yes, only complete apps will be considered.
Q: Is there any way I could get advice on my application?
A: Yes, we’d love to hear what you’re working on and would be happy to help you out however we can. We’ll keep your info confidential if you request it. Email us at gapcontest@mobclix.com
