Why We Love It: Y! Music does an excellent job of providing a broad selection of radio stations. Turning your iPhone into a portable radio player can be a lot more rewarding than you think.
3. Pandora
Features: Already a Pandora user? You know how useful it is to have it on your iPhone. Not a Pandora user? Find new and unique songs you’d probably never find with the help of Pandora. By employing the Music Genome Project, you can find music similar to yours. Don’t like a song Pandora chose for you? Unlike it, they wont play a similar song like that again.
Why We Love It: Who doesn’t love Pandora? I can thank them easily for opening my music taste up to so much more. Plus, you can purchase music right then and there through them. Nifty!

Features: Listening to an awesome song on the radio but don’t know what it’s called? Whip out Shazam! It’ll analyze and tag the music for you. Wanna buy it then and there? Not a problem. You can even watch the video after you’ve tagged it.
Library: If Pandora brought my half of my music library, Shazam brought the other half. So far, Shazam has tagged every single song I’ve put in front of it, including foreign music.
