Holiday iPhone Usage Skyrockets

When you were home for the holidays hanging out with your family or waiting in line at the grocery store, we bet you pulled out your iPhone and played with some of your favorite apps. And we have the data to back that up. Holiday usage was 45% higher than an average week. Furthermore, this holiday season usage was much higher than last year’s. Below you can see the graph of this holiday season compared to the previous year.

Thanksgiving: November 18, 2009 – November 22nd 2009
Christmas: December 24th, 2009 – December 27th 2009
New Year: December 31st 2009 – January 3rd 2010

Hey Jeanette, Yes units are in percent increase.

I don't get it - what are the units on the y-axis here? You have them labeled as "129x" but there's no way that could be 129 times last year's usage - is this a percent increase? as in, twice as much and then a little bit more?
